Is this another hilarious conspiracy theory, that assumes Korean Koh favors Korean Samsung ?? If so, how might you explain this:

This design patent dispute relates to the ongoing patent war between two technology giants. A jury in the Northern District of California (Koh) found that Samsung infringed Apple design patents, Apple utility patents and also diluted Apple’s trade dresses.

I've heard many time how koh is pro apple and now how she's pro Samsung... Lol, she can't win with these theories, can she. Actually, she IS a winner in her field who has continually moved up the ladder of achievements and has huge support, despite being out down as some kind of nut and/or idiot by the very pedestrian, pennystock husband's, regulatory expert opinion. She has been lifted and supported by governors, presidents and a unanimous senate vote. And despite the outright lies, has tons of IP experience and despite the silly social studies remarks, has a Harvard Doctorate in Law. They could only wish and aspire to be taken serious, and/or to have achieved even half such accomplishment. Most is simple sophmoronic (hey, I coined a word) name calling.
