YOU'RE ASSUMING SCOTUS IS GOING TO UPHOLD THE RULING. I'M SAYING, AS I HAVE IN THE PAST, THAT REMAND BACK TO LOWER TO LANGUISH FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF YEARS IS THE BEST CASE SCENARIO.

Isn't it possible that the SCOTUS of the US could conclude, given the governments bad acts over the last 12+ years, let's stop this bogus "Conservatorship" in its tracks?
POSSIBLE? OF CURSE. PROBABLE? NOT EVEN CLOSE.
