He's not a criminal in my mind. He was desperate and didn't have a better option.

This financing will run its course. The deal includes preferred shares and warrants to purchase additional preferred shares. IPIX estimated that the dilution would be about 32%, 114,000,000 shares, at the time the deal was struck. Good news is that if the price holds in the $0.20s it will be less (obviously would be better, less dilution, the higher it goes).

Other posters have pointed out that spectacular news (not just good) will make this dilution a blip. I agree.
