thanks for posting lucky, I was an unlucky trader in PSNP (need to check my losses not too much maybe 5 grand, but its the principal that matters, plus I lost a lot in Intertech Solutions (ITEC) where i was a Private placement investor and also learned that Marshall was the man behind the scenes there also). As usual, it appears that the SEC is just going to slap the wrist and not get any money back from this crook, gets me so damned angry. Same thing with ITEC with CFO David Naylor, damned liar.
