I love how you say you post facts, yet you are wrong again. You say they had a 3rd quarter YTD loss of $14,254,000. and it takes alot of shares to cover that loss. $9,700,000 of that loss was a change in derivative liability, which means no shares are needed to cover that loss. It is a loss on paper. Maybe you should learn some accounting before you try posting 'facts' about their filings.
