It's sad to say even huge bureaucratic watchdog employees of the SEC have some reading comprehension issues, whoever pulled the trigger on this one needs a verbal warning imo if not kicked to the scan room. College grads work at the SEC, not people with 5th grade reading levels.

Pathetic unless doing a favor for someone VSYM should never have been suspended.
