Its called old lenders selling their position when the PPS goes up. Seems pretty logical. Once the market is done absorbing their shares, they will be in stronger hands and we’ll go up up up!
Its going to be a rough ride but well worth it for those that can stomach it. This one may be a zip code upgrade.
