I've watched the accumulation at 4 daily, the float is being locked up there.

And retail has been giving away 4s relentlessly for 2 weeks now and they're being eaten up.

No 3s available to buy.

This is the next ELCR, BLSP, BLDV to 0.003-0.005+ and sooner rather than later.

By all means watch from the sidelines.
