It will be 4 years in June since Monbat acquired us. Maybe June could be the magic month. However, the deal was done in January of that year..

This is the last time we ever heard about the deal. No monies have been distributed to anyone. As I have said before... The biggest question is . What exactly did Monbat give us for our factories...shouldn't the court order everything auctioned off before they just gives our factories to Monbat. And the real million dollar question is how did Enersys take our factories private and then let them go bye bye at the same time they got a 60,000,000 contract from Nasa for lithium batteries. Interesting that's not in the history books too. I remember Enersys when they took over our factories they gave us 3 million dollars too. Could this money have been given to three individuals?? Where did that money go!!
