They are formally released on Friday after hours by an agent assigned thru MCOA as per SEC requirements.

I simply have been using the withheld after-hours "W" trades from the MM assigned by MCOA. They supposedly are allowed to withhold these trades out-of-actual time as to not create panic during normal hours.

Today alone was 60 million shares. I am assuming they are all MCOA created.
