OTCX is here for himself to cash in on the trading. He grabs them cheap and resells two or three ticks up... Yea no doubt some sold off today and trying to get back in lower than the 12's but when this starts it's rocket take off those sitting on the 11's fence will be climbing all over each other to by the 13's and 14's again.
