With so few buyers, the stock price could tumble to $4.25 if a big investor gets cold feet and sells. $4.25 is still better than $1.00 which is where the stock price is headed if trial results aren't good.

With so few sellers, the stock price could jump to $6 or higher if a big shorter gets cold feet and covers. $5 is still better than $20 which is where the stock price is headed if trial results are good.
