Too bad most people still holding shares of this shill company need $5 or more PPS just to recoup losses from the recent RS.

Why did they implement the RS again?
What benefit was there?

Loss of investor confidence.
Loss of PPS.
Loss of company value.

Who gained from the RS?

Still so many unanswered questions about this company and management decisions.
