You are correct, but when you have monopolies, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act prevents them from using their power to gain advantages.

Monopolies still break this act, under the same guise of "keeping people safe", like authoritarian regimes do.

The reality is found in the hypocrisy. Which big tech has blatantly shown.

So, it's up to government oversight. They can chose to uphold what is a very obviously wrong, and proven by the hypocrisy. Or, they can turn a blind eye, and play along with the guise.

Which in this case, the democrats might very well ignore the breaking of the Sherman act. Its a powerful, yet unjust tool.

Media has been weaponized for all of time. Now, this weapon has morphed into an atomic bomb through technology.

Technology is the most dangerous thing on earth now.

Be strong my right wing friends! The constitution is there for a reason. Above all, we must protect our constitution. It guarantees that no one power can last as an authoritarian does.

We will be ok! Speak your mind! Hold strong to your values!

What’s the argument for selectively banning people whom are committing the same act?
