I don't know. What has been consistent with each admin though, has been kicking the can down the road...
It's like watching two football teams go 3 and out and keep punting to each other. Neither scoring. Going into OT in a game that has lasted for 12 years. The fans are tired and just hoping somebody scores so we all can go home.
