Again, it doesn't matter how old the legal document is, Efficient Market Hypothesis doesn't work.

Just because the price is low does not mean that the price invalidates anything in the legal document or the true value of Erhc once they decide to move forward in the EEZ.

This is a WRONG theory. And Graham said so.

The only price that matters is Totals price.

All that stuff about the grey market and non reporting has to do with the gag order and the SEC has already recognized that.

While the SEC revoked another unrelated stock, Idriven, which was in the same memo of stocks to be revoked, it has not revoked Erhc, which means the process of revocation has been at least temporarily if not permanently been halted.
