Bawhahaha the name on the sign says LCY BIOTECHNOLOGY . The plants in Canada. Let me guess in fantasy land you can't have a Canadian corporation and do business without a U.S. trademark . Lmfao at the desperation spinning. My guess is they are to busy making corn sludge and money IN CANADA to even worry about a stinking trademark in the USA . What was their the trademark to begin with ? When it was active . Dont think I have ever seen one .
Hmm, not to point out the obvious but: Quebec is a province in C-a-n-a-d-a... Ontario is a province in C-a-n-a-d-a... Sarnia, Ontario - is also in C-a-n-a-d-a..... I attached a pic for reference - Vidal St is in Sarnia = Ontario = Canada... You know, where LCYB's 100% owned bio-succinic acid plant is located. Ta Daaa, I know it's hard.....
You really ought to turn these folks loose. Over two years and nothing. Will you keep posting this hopeless nonsense all the way to 3 years? Are the cheers from a couple no hopers worth it knowing the end will for sure be an admission?
Why does it matter what trademarks LCY uses or doesn’t use? They do have their own and they did purchase all of former BioAmber’s as well. Hell they could use LCY’s or KKR’s or create a new one. What does any of it matter? Look at the sign on LCY’s plant in Sarnia and you will see LCY’s trademark right there. Shareholders are still not going to get one single penny from any of this nonsense as plainly stated by the monitor, the courts and lawyers in this long since closed case.
So who will be buying the shares? What will they receive for there money? All that’s left is the shares and about $80 mil of debt so what will this company get for its money? Who is buying the shares and why haven’t they announced it yet? What’s the holdup now? Wasn’t the class action case the final hurdle?
