Let's look at what they put as their own description of the incoming company:

There is nothing about mining in here. The draw to STHC is the value of the graphite and other mined materials. Will this money translate to the bottom line of the incoming company? Who knows; we'll have to wait for details. But it appears, from their own description of the incoming company, that it's some research and development company with a green/ecology thing. I'm sure it's not garbage, but it's not the graphite and gold. So how do we value STHC right now? We can't really.
