In the older days(since I am an old timer), we bought on fundamentals and waited for the rise in stock price but now with chat boards, everyone who buys a stock posts their purchase on the chat board and immediately expects it to take off. Right now is a great opportunity to make some purchases if you want to add to your position if you are inclined to do so.
I am a fundamentals guy and feel very strongly we are worth $1.75 without the completion of this acquisition. With it the analyst following it is calling for .10 a share profit. Make no mistake when this happens we are at 17-18 PE immediately. Most companies within the sector are hoping to be cash flow positive this year and yet here we are looking at earnings. Like Drugdoctor says I would like to see it postponed even longer but then again one in the hand is worth two in the bush....jus sayin
