I'm not sure that's the case either. The August release clearly said STHC is merging with "AMECA Mining" unless they lied and want lawsuites for misleading investors. Schatzi is a separate entity at this time, but maybe not for long. Who knows.

Or, it may not be the first part of AMECA to be merged into STHC, they may do it later, once they

have the NI 43-101 reports on their samples from Sri Lanka. And meanwhile roll in another piece of

Ameca to get things going.

I am almost scared to wish for another update from Mark, to clarify anything! LOL!
