Ameritrade is probably off. Check the OS on OTC markets: $100M / 6.65B puts us at .015 before any multipliers

Yeah.. sorry about that:) Not sure how current the numbers are but noted (I might have just been repeating what I heard).. with dilution it might be closer to .015 to .02 **perhaps somebody could give a much more accurate estimation?? I do think it is important since the company's estimated internal valuation is 100 million market cap!

I guess that would bump up the price a bit if they reach their 1 Billion plus valuation after the IPOs!!:):) **might be closer to .20 compared to the .10 to .12 I was originally thinking:)

Simply put, a $100,000,000 valuation / 0.01 pps =10B shares. OS of WDLF are 6,658,115,966. Therefore, $100m/ 6,658,115,966 = $0.015/share.
