No dilution? OS 9/30/2019 was 167M. Today OS is 233M. That's 40% dilution, 75% of which has happened since 3/20/2020, the most recent financial update. (They submitted a subsequent 10-Q but that had no financial information, only a reported increase of 15M to OS.)

40% dilution is not as bad as many/most small miners but it is certainly not "no" dilution". The "no dilution" claim is not supported by the facts provided in the filings.
