The checkMate 743 trial full data was presented at 2020 Presidential Symposium on Aug 8, the deadline for abstract is few month early, may be in June, BMY should has the full data by the deadline of abstract submission. We can see it took about 2 month or less for the full analyses. Take a look at another conference LASLC had last year, the abstract time line:
I have been guessing sometime this Spring would be when the results were known to us here on the "outside" looking in. So yeah - obviously March or April would seem to fit that timeline.

In the Checkmate 743 trial being discussed the data lock was April 3. TLD was PR'd April 24. The Journal article was in Aug.
I have never heard of any significant trial that did not PR results within about 1 month of data lock. The full results can be somewhat indeterminate as they depend on journal/conference.
