Filing on SilverFlume this past Friday. Purchased the document. The 15 million Series B shares were assigned voting rights and the ability to convert 1:30 into the common. The Series B shares belong to Lucky & Rich Holding Limited. Chong TszKi (Chairman, President & CEO) signed all paperwork.

Tells me a few things. First, NO RS. Second, the holding company and our goals are aligned. Expect to see the pps greatly appreciate prior to any potential dilution.
