.....we offered to settle this on day one for $2.40 per, to shareholders, via harvey sender's original 11/POR.............THE FDIC should have countered and we easily, imo would have taken $150mm, less the BS 30% and priorities, giving us $2 per, net and the FDIC would have reaped $50mm on the RECOVERIES and not lost the BOB RICHARDS ITR precedent...........
