No clue... IF MDT acquires TMDI they have a record of waiting until after FDA so I think strong chance but hope 2020 ... maybe 3rd or 4th quarter. They have someone on board overseeing so will presumedly have access to TMDI/FDA communications and concerns. If all seems straight forward maybe pick up before FDA.
I think milestone 3 is due around April ‘21 and milestone 4 around September ’21 if all goes well. Thoughts on FDA timing? My guess is any buyout would be unlikely, but not impossible until Sep ‘21 or later. No rush as the SP should see significant gains while we wait. Of course, any milestone miss blows us up. Medtronic doesn’t want or need to take that risk, which is why they prefer to wait until the milestones are achieved.
