Lets be perfectly straight here. The agreement is only effective upon the sale of the first processor. So if no processor has been sold then there is no agreement. Since P2O no longer makes processors there will never be a sale and therefore there will never be an agreement. It is null and void. Since Heddle is not trying to find other clients is it not obvious that this company is truly dead?
