No way, there’s a huge difference in taxation between rental property taxes and home owner taxes. LOL, no way folks would pay that dude.

Very little taxes on living on land outside the big cities. Especially if it's previously claimed farmland. My brother-in-law wouldn't own real estate there if it wasn't cheap and he's had it for 10 years now. LOL
