The -8M on the balance sheet was in case they had to buy back the over issued (invalid) shares at a par value of .001. They owed nothing to a bank, that 8m liability was temporary until he could increase the A/S. He increased the A/S to cover said shares so the -8M liability becomes 0 on the balance sheet. Lazar didnt have 8m in the bank waiting to pay for the shares, so that -8m doesnt go from negative to positive 8m on the balance sheet, it just becomes a zero.
