WOW! The 2014 FIASCO! This is where I first heard about this dilution monster. The Caterpillar memorandum never came to fruition and many of their projects either never started or went belly up. Anything that they did finalize was diluted out and they barely received any of the expected returns.

To this point BLSP has been a total flop.
