Why tie oneself to Transunion/ delta / Availity/ United / ust ect.... even if Bruce is choosing to be a greedy ass with paso shell / negotiating with JG and partners.....

imo clx partners have the cash and time to put this guy under / make this guys life very difficult if he doesn’t play dice..... also, if said RM comes to fruition, this can make those involved a very pretty penny (Bruce can finally pay off any personal debts / loans lol); I’m sure Bruce understands risk vs reward here.... I doubt he will only pursue his own venture choosing to throw RM out the window.... this is a once in a lifetime kind of deal; one he will likely never see again imo.

Then again JG has worked with Bruce in the past..... I’m sure if he would have known Bruce to be the weak link in the chain, he wouldn’t have pursued paso shell as RM vehicle imo

It's funny because this is the exact type of investor they stated that they were trying to attract. Only these investors have the means and the connections to go after them if it doesn't work out, not to mention the follow through.
I think he'll be ok in the end.
