Also easy DD brings forth that OTC stocks are some of the most manipulated stocks traded due to the ease of movement, limited reporting structure, and lack of oversight by the SEC. I'm not saying that what your saying doesn't have some merit but it isn't all factual either.
I checked with Etrade again. The tech specialist said almost all of the volume for CAVR is through online trading. No broker is assign to it and the computer sets the prices if there are no retail orders. Only reporting what I have been told. He had no idea where the 70 to 80% info came from. Maybe other brokers have different criteria but as for Etrade almost all OTCBB penny stock trading is done by computer.
