Some high percentage of confirmed, yes. I have seen enough go sideways in my time trading to be wary. $STHC is the biggest position I hold and I added more Friday in the 5's...All the available cash I had. I am reasonably confident and trade $STHC accordingly.
That being said, would I cash out every position I had and bet it all that Ameca will merge into Southcorp? No, I haven't yet. Because shit happens. My read is Mark is not the type of person to traffic is dishonesty, but I am occassionally wrong. Business is business, and sometimes us little fish get flushed for the "greater good".
So I don't know, what are we talking here...95% odds the merger happens as we think? 98 percent? 99 percent? All I am saying is I think it is unwise to say "I know the score" when there is still the possibility the situation goes sideways. For example, maybe Mark has decided to merge Schatzi into $STHC. How likely is that? I have no idea. But perhaps conditions on the ground changed & merging those two makes more sense. Point is, you cannot tell me with absolute certainty that will not happen. Because of the silence, because Amera's name is nowhere on the southcorp OTC page, because we have no formal notification of coming events, we cannot be certain if future actions.
I would be the first to agree the odds are very high Ameca merges into $STHC. But until I see it happen, or see it legally promised on paper, or Mark makes a public statement, no one has confirmed anything. Its all just a set of data points we are putting together. And even if there is a 99% chance we are interpreting all those data points correctly, that isnt what i would call "confirmed".
Not bashing, I have been here for a number of months a held my position throughout. I just don't think it is wise to so confidently jump to conclusions, no matter how likely they may be.
