That is not a foregone conclusion. You should ask yourself why has no government agency issued any warning letters or cease and desist orders regarding their Covid 19 or allergy/asthma tests. Why did the Judge allow Mark to continue working at the lab? What about the billions that may be stashed away on the Caymans? What if there is a buyout and/or what if the company morphs into another entity all fresh and proper and current?
Even if Mark is convicted, the corporation could survive, depending on the viability of their tests and products, which products we know have been used over many years by governments and research entities, and have even played a part in researching the killer beast coronavirus.
