Warrants are completely off the table until at least tier 1 capital is met. No point in even discussing this any further as it has been made public that if they try and excersize them there will be future lawsuits.

And there is a letter on certain peoples desk that confirms the warrants were issued illegaly under law.

We will cross that bridge when we get to it.
