Not looking at them for the Ketamine program but rather about their close ties with RVVTF which IMO indicates that some kind of merger may be in the works.
Not sure why or how two companies that are essentially competitors in the same sector, even with project collaborations/LOI, can share employees in such sensitive positions.
Revive's CFO, VP, Counsel, and an Independent Director are also employed in the same/similar positions at PharmaTher.
OT: I am looking at that one also but wary because most of their psych research is actually not FDA sanctioned.
