I been in many of these stocks that the leadership is silent but the stock still moves based on the DD traders come up with. I ask, "Why is VPER" leadership being so quiet? Well IMO, they released 32 solid PR's from 2015 until 2018 and as far as their stock ran was to .0011. Yes the 5 yr high on this stock with all they had going on was just .0011. For example, I looked at the PR that took the stock back in 2015 to .0011. Here it is:

So again, ask yourself after reading this PR, Why is it that VPER CEO dont release anymore PR's and Communicate with investors? I think the answer is simple, THEY WERE NOT LISTENING!!! They said Fuch-IT!!! A lot of people dont realize it but when you drive down the street a lot of these street lights are from VPER & Their 49% Owned Company Apollo Metro Solutions in certain places in the U.S and overseas. I also noticed that the CEO's that are foreign in OTC dont put out a lot of PR's, and tweet every 5 minutes. SH*MN stock is and India led company and its like pulling teeth to get some info out that stock but they are finally saying something after investors kept writing them. BLSP has foreign leadership, MSP*C and VPER and many more. They all have a pattern where they dont respond to bully investors telling them what to do. I think when its time we will finally get something. I know they are reading the board and see new investor interest. This stock will run in 2021. I cant tell you when but it will have a 2021 run.
