Have a nice fun day digesting legal mumbo jumbo.

I prefer to read the so-called "legal mumbo jumbo", as it can be a useful component of thorough due diligence! Not everyone chooses to do much of any real DD, which is exactly why there are those like Anthony Sanchez, who got crushed by Berman's BULLSHIT!

Retail investors are likely holding nearly the entirety of DECN's 350,000,000 outstanding shares, with many of these retail shareholders having stories similar to Anthony Sanchez.

It is not even close to being rocket science! Any investor, who copiously read and digested the information coming from Berman after the 3rd week of March and/or the SEC, starting in the 4th week of April, would have never invested in DECN's COVID-19 garbage. Unfortunately, one had to objectively put in the effort to perform the DD to sort through Berman's BULLSHIT!

BTW, one could easily argue thorough DD is far more important down here in the pond scum of Pinkyland compared to DD on companies that are traded on real exchanges. Companies listed on real exchanges are obligated to provide a significant level of investor transparency! In the pond scum of Pinkyland investors have to search for evidence-supported "believable" data/information, then develop logical conclusions. This is exactly the reason underlying the dearth of DD related to Penny Stocks. It's too time-consuming and too much work!
