Possibly. I have not looked at this in years. But now we know finally know the truth about what Victor was doing. I think he purchased this shell but never used it as part of his scam with the PPMs. He is in serious trouble now. I SUSPECT he may sell this shell for whatever he can get. TURA could have new owners soon.
