just my take, I own both ..IPUB beautiful 10M OS and trades as such ..AVSR seems just a little thinner on L2 and has had the easier climb ..we see the 40M OS on OTCM, but there are filings that show insiders and officers owned 33M-36M of that 40M before the ticker was abandoned ..hence the possible tiny float we see
