There's also the Automotive Lidar Show coming up in April that they'll be showcasing products at, as well.

They are not participating this year. A statement from David Allen said something to the effect of focusing on their current projects and the M&A process.

With the significant staff cuts last year it seems like they are only focusing on core tasks right now. CES participation tends to be costly both from time commitment but also money.
