I think it could be possible to create a new class of common stock (like B shares) that have different rights and sell them in the market or to a few large investors

Right - when I saw the original post I immediately thought of Berkshire Hathaway - I guess the situation is analogous. I think the A shares can vote and the B shares cannot. But you have to be God or someone to be able to buy an A share.
