Being a public company is one doesn't like the way it is being run, one can always sell.

If you truly think wrong doings are going on file a complaint, it is easy.

Been there done that. (FBI, SEC, State Attorney General you have a lot of choices)

IMHO, Something is being built here and we should know about it soon, one way or the other.
