Wow even the professionals can't value companies properly...

New enterprise value cannot be 250B due to 25B/year x 10 multiple...

Every dollar that goes into the capital raise to reach the limit is ADDITIVE.

Example:
I make $10 a year and we use a 10x multiple... I am worth $100 but if I have $100 currently in my pocket... Am I only worth $100 based on earnings?

No, I am worth $200.


The valuation should be the (Earnings/Year x Multiple) + CASH IN POCKETS
- Why do people keep acting like that massive emergency fund they will have after the capital raise is worth NOTHING????????
