It’s illegal for a Co. that’s already in Florida to hold more than one License and Vertical Operation...All the Major MSO’s Are There now with the Cresco Acquisition Yesterday...Everyone else is too small or has a high Share Count...Only a Very Large Private looking to go public could pull it off. Liberty has been for sale for probably 18 months, since AYR has been looking at Liberty that long according to the CEO. If a bad Florida Supreme Court ruling upholds the lower Court ( any time now), verticals would be dead...Mom and Pops everywhere selling and producing Ect...Only the Strongest would survive.
