I hate to be the one to break this to you but there’s no such thing.

The reason IPIX is a pink sheet penny stock is because its CEO is a lying, incompetent, grasping clown.

Probably wont be any naked shorts roasted though. The massive amount of dilution in conjunction with being on the OTC the past couple years easily explains the price overhang.

Onward to NASDAQ!
