I do know and understand what needs to happen for a company to conduct a buyback. Please review my latest comment to DPS1212. Part of doing MY DD is listening to the people also, not just read reports, financials, etc. I want to know what people think. One could say a particular beer is great, but to 25 others, it may taste like crap...lol. The one may try to prop up that beer just to get people to buy, or the other 25 may try to downplay it. One must distinguish between the two. Reports, and financials help in determining if a company is going to make it or not, but listening to the people also is important. Everything to me is MY DD.
