That news was 3 months ago and had nothing to do with any contract, get your facts correct instead of posting BS.

Straight from the shareholder updates that was posted almost 4 months ago:

“Cyber Enviro-Tech has started compiling and submitting the initial information to OTC Markets needed to become current. In connection therewith, the company also plans to seek a symbol change and an anticipated approximate 20 to 1 reverse split by application to FINRA in order to better reflect the newly combined company's new business model. “

You said it was in the agreement and they have to R/S. I want to see it. The PR said they will do a reverse split but based on conversations they may not. So again show me the agreement or admit you were wrong and move on. I am tired of your banter about a non-existing agreement. You are right about the PR and he should not of said anything about that possibility since some chairmen think that reducing the amount of shares by a reverse split gives them status but does nothing for the current shareholders save raise the price per share and eliminate a whole class of investors. However there are times that stocks have reacted positively to it when the company moves up the ladder to a new exchange and it has strong management and a good product which brings in another class of investor.

If you are an investor then research material facts, If you just want to dump on the stock and therefore, the people who own the stock, try o get some new material with facts.
