I want to take a minute to thank $DDKING for telling me to look at two stocks I bought 15 months ago.
One was SNPW. The other has a $500 Mil market cap already waiting for the CE to vanish as it uplists to NYSE next month, and the float is already locked.
At the time I told him SNPW sounded like a scam with two hillbillies burning trash in the back yard for heat up Moonshine still.
LOL, but he knew I could get to the truth!
I asked Powerbattles for a copy of the actual permit(s) for the MedRecycle unit 11 months ago, and all he had was the town council re-zoning nonsense.
Nonsense? Read on...
Being sure SNPW was likely a scam at the time, I spent 1/2 day digging and found the address, the state, enough of the details to track down who was in charge of EPA NSR New Source Review permits for the state and found a lady in the underfunded back room of the RI DEM who actually wrote the Medrecycle Air Permit, and we talked for about an hour.
In part because I do these kind of air permits, and they ain't cheap!!! Or easy.
Especially for something new!!!!
I was able to get a copy of the entire permit application.
It was 100% real and legit. Three files, one is 59 pages of real Chemical engineering mass balance calculations...
Then 1jk1 here was nice enough to share with us all for almost a year the details as SNPW/Medrecycle shared photos and videos of the plant construction. And the details of who the engineering/construction firm out of South Africa was. I tracked them down and checked out the credentials of the engineers at that firm. And I nearly fell out of my chair when I read their credentials. The kind of UK and Russian engineers that could build and design anything, even a nuclear power plant, working out of South Africa with low cost labor (smart I was thinking, this CEO is)
See for me, I knew what to look for, found it, decided this was going be a Nasdaq stock someday, and waited for all the T's to get crossed and I's to get dotted, watched the stock on L-2 for 15 months, and this week all the stars were lined for the day we wake up the world to what only a small number of us here understood and knew was coming.
Yes there have been Pandemic delays, Jerk-off attorney in the town talking about dangerous DHMO-contaminted waste is (See http://www.DHMO.org for Government conspiracy and cover up about toxic DHMO, then check back here to ask what DHMO really is).
And I new based on my DD and experience in this field for 40 years that there was no way SNPW would not loose the court cases, battles etc...and I knew the Plant would go into service.
One noisy person is not enough to stop something the Government wants, and decides will be built and put into operation to save the state $$$$$
And I also Knew SNPW could sue and own the township if they decided to let one noisy citizen ambulance chasing attorney scare the city council into violating an agreement they made earlier that let SNPW spend millions to build the plant, and the town needs the Medrecyle jobs

I hear that Tuesday next week will be that last day to load SNPW cheap. Monday, is a holiday, market is closed.
By the close Wednesday next week(assuming all hell does not break loose with Riots next week) we could be over a dime here.

I said shorts should cover here early this week, and sure enough, BOOM, 1/3th of the float traded and we were 60 seconds from closing .01 today at the close, and we broke .0021 and closed at .0080 this week.
