What happened to the Kazakhstan contract Dennis said he had that never closed?

Irrational exuberance is the order of the day, and I get it -- get why there is exuberance. But only the traders will end up happy. Long term holders are clueless as to what's coming because they made their decision to hold long based on message board posts and no DD. One day, there will be much lamenting >> "I can't believe I didn't sell back in January. I can't believe I lost so much money. I can't believe I listened to the wrong people."
